My background includes 20 years experience as an attorney in the Los Angeles area, including 10 years specialized in the field of real estate law. Since acquiring my real estate license, I have consistently proven to be a top producing agent. Last year, while at Coldwell Banker, I ranked among the top 1% of Coldwell Banker agents internationally and received the President's Premier award for outstanding sales production. Also while at Coldwell Banker, I was 1 of only 14 members of Coldwell Banker's elite International Team. I am also proud to serve as a Director on the Malibu Board of Realtors.

My background in the law taught me the importance of earning a solid reputation through quality professional service, excellent results and delivering as promised. Listing presentations are well prepared with detailed market analysis provided to insure appropriate pricing strategies. In fact, approximately 90% of my listings sell within 90% of the suggested asking price.
